1.1 You may reschedule for a future course without penalty at any time up to 14 days prior to the commencement date of the course you are originally registered but subject to availability of such a future course. You shall however not be entitled to reschedule for future course commencing more than twelve months after the start of the course originally registered for. To reschedule for more than twelve months after the start of the original course, an administrative charge of £480 shall apply.

1.2 An attempt to reschedule less than 14 days is considered as cancellation as per 1.3

1.3 You may cancel less than 14 days prior to the commencement date of the course you are originally registered for but shall forfeit 100% of the fee for such a course and if the course has not been fully paid, the unpaid at the date of cancelation shall be due and payable

1.4 If you have fully paid for a course but fail to show up, you may reschedule within the 12 months of the commencement date of the original course but with an administrative charge of £480.

1.5 We (the company) reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course if we find it impractical or uneconomical to run such a course. We will however notify you at earliest opportunity and will not be liable for such a cancelation or rescheduling. However, if you do not wish to attend any applicable similar future course, we will reimburse you of the course fee paid but less the cost of any materials we may have supplied you
